BUSINESS PROFILE
a. HISTORY FM Bakery (Fm bread Noodles’ former name) was established on April 23, 1978 by Mr. Florentino Magundayao. Thr business has grown successfully over the last thirty years and this is primarily due to the quality of the products and to the excellent offered to all the customers. Located in Sanciangco St. Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, FM Bakery started with a capital of P 1,000 during its early years selling only hot pandesal and mami to it’s local customers in Cabanatuan. After few years of operation and as the popularity of their hot pandesal grew, the bakery incrementally expanded occupying the four stores beside it. The location was accessible the public and it was pretty good because it was in front in Cabanatuan Public Market, which was then, the center of the business; and adjacent to it was the public transport terminal. During those time, FM also began producing and selling a wide range of breads, cookies, and cakes. Some of the products are ensaymada, cinnamon, loaf breads, snack cake, buns, hopia, rolls, galletas, doughnuts, and crinkles. The noodle (mami) segment was also expanded into selling all kinds of pancit and mami. When Mr. Florentino passed away, hid five children decided to manage and continue their business. Last June 2004, with continues operation, a major renovation of the business site was done; and in June 2005, the name changed into Fm Breads and Noodles.

PRESENT SITUATION Presently, FM Breads and Noodles is still family-run business managed by the five sisters continuing their father’s legacy. After a major renovation, the stores itself has the interiors well furnish from the walls to the light to the service counter to the tables and chairs. It now operates 24 hours day and offer a wide of baked goods and at the same time operating a fast-food. The manager owners decided to venture in huge investments for automation because the competition is the bakeshop industry in Cabanatuan became really high and the rivalry, intense. Thought investments in interior and machine were relatively expensive (one machine cost P 400,000), the managers took the risk because they think that it was about time for them to upgrade Fm and give it well design layout. They believe that these investments would be of big help for the production and for them to give their customer a superior service.NEXT






PROMOTIONS

In order to achieved the market share in 2007 between 10% and 15%, FM should consider the following concepts, ideas and stratedy to meet it's objectives.
1) create the tag line. these tag line should always put emphasis in prints ads, billboards, streamers, pamphlets , and other promotional gimmics. Creating a sounding
pick up line will ring in a bell of a mind of the customers. the message of this lines is to enticee consumer that there every activities
will always as they patronize FM product lines.

2)pull strategy
will be the focus of this marketing plan that would increase customers awareness and
entice them to patronize FM products lines.

3)Personal settings:
continue to provide the quality service by:
a) Distribution of pamphlets and discounts
b) Develop catering services for different people in the market.

4) Sales Force
a) Continue to increase the market share voloumes by offering quality products and service
b) Train the marketing officer more to have target reach it's goal.
c) Provide additional budjets for promotion and adverticements.

5)Public relations
a) Adapt communities that will benifit poor people in the sector to increase community involvements
and attain the social and commercial resaponsiveness.

6)Promotions:
FM should budjet about 5% to 10% of the revenue for advertising.
